Reporting an error

If you spot a factual error on any SaaSVise page — a wrong feature claim, an outdated plan structure, a broken source link — report it with the page URL, the claim you believe is wrong, and ideally a link to the correct official source.

Vendor representatives are welcome to submit corrections through the same channel. All reports are held to the same standard: we correct facts against primary sources, not against preference.

How we handle reports

Each report is checked against official vendor sources. If the report is confirmed, we correct the page and update its research date. Substantive corrections — anything that changes a conclusion, verdict or recommendation — are noted on the page itself.

If a report is not confirmed, we keep the original claim and, where useful, re-verify it against the primary source.

What counts as an error

Factual errors are incorrect statements about verifiable things: features, pricing structure, limits, integrations, company details. Editorial judgments — whether a product is 'best for' a given use case — are opinion grounded in sourced facts; we revisit them when the underlying facts change, but they are not corrected on request.
